Welcome to Valkoobies. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the minting, purchase, sale, or display of Valkoobies NFTs (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership

Valkoobies NFTs are digital collectibles stored on the Ethereum blockchain. You own the NFT, not the underlying artwork, brand, or intellectual property. Valkoobies grants you a limited license to use, display, and resell the artwork associated with the NFT for personal and non-commercial use, unless explicitly authorized.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use Valkoobies NFTs or artwork for hate speech, violence, or illegal purposes.

• Modify the artwork or claim it as your own intellectual property.

• Use Valkoobies branding for commercial purposes without permission.

3. Royalties

A 7% royalty fee applies to all secondary market sales. This supports ongoing development and operations of the Valkoobies project.

4. No Guarantee of Value

NFTs are highly speculative assets. Valkoobies does not guarantee financial value or future benefits associated with the NFTs.

5. Disclaimer

We provide our Services "as is." Valkoobies disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from blockchain network failures, smart contract errors, or third-party services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
